Please read these terms before you subscribe to or use Enrich Global Relationships, the site at enrichglobalrelationships.com. By creating an account, paying for a membership, or using any part of this site, you agree to these terms.

This site offers psychoeducational tools and self-help skills: AI companions, assessments, quizzes, journals, a classroom, and a written monthly note. Created by Sherry Jerimie, Licensed Psychotherapist and Certified Psychoanalyst. These tools help you notice patterns in your relationships and reflect on them.

This site is not a therapy service, not a medical service, and not a place that diagnoses anyone or monitors anyone. Nothing here replaces a licensed clinician, a physician, or a crisis line. The safety page is at /safety.

1. What this site is

Enrich Global Relationships is a membership site owned and operated by Enrich Global LLC. The membership is The ENRICH Relationship Collective. It is for adults who want culturally informed relationship education.

What a membership includes is what this site itself offers: AI companions, the assessments and quizzes, private journals that stay on your device, the classroom, and the written monthly note. It does not include any other product, and it does not include a person.

2. What this site is not

Enrich Global Relationships does not provide therapy, counseling, medical advice, or clinical treatment. Using it does not create a therapist-client relationship, a doctor-patient relationship, or any other professional relationship with a person. No AI companion, page, assessment, quiz, journal, or note is personal clinical guidance.

This site does not:

• Diagnose a mental health condition or any other condition.
• Prescribe medication or a clinical intervention.
• Provide emergency help or crisis intervention.
• Watch how you use the site, or step in if you are in distress.
• Include sessions, messages, calls, or any other contact with Sherry or any human.

If you want clinical care, work with a licensed clinician where you live. These tools can sit beside that work. They cannot replace it. If you are in crisis, leave this site and use the lines at /crisis.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to subscribe or use this site. There is no edition of this site for anyone younger.

By using the site you confirm that:

• You are 18 or older.
• You are not in an acute crisis.
• You are not using this site in place of mental health care you need.
• You are here for your own reflection and learning.

4. The ENRICH Safety Standard

Seven points sit under the work on this site. You will also meet them when you enter as a member.

If you are thinking about not being here, or you are in immediate danger, pause and contact a crisis line below before you continue.

This is psychoeducation, not therapy

The content is educational and reflective. It is not clinical treatment, not a diagnosis, and not a replacement for a licensed professional.

You will take breaks when you need them

This work can bring up hard material. You agree to pause or stop when you need rest.

You will honor your limits

The site includes daily limits and pacing on purpose. You agree to respect those limits and your own.

You take responsibility for your own wellbeing

Enrich Global LLC provides tools. You decide how, when, and whether to use them. If the work is not helping, you stop.

How your information is handled

Journals on this site stay in your browser. Companion messages are sent to the AI provider so it can write a reply. Assessment and quiz answers are sent so they can be scored and handed back. What we store, and what we do not, is on the privacy page. Do not rely on a shorter summary than that page.

5. Crisis lines

If you are in crisis, having thoughts of not being here, or in immediate danger, stop using this site and contact a person whose work is to help. This list is not complete. If your country is missing, use the directories or your local emergency number. The same lines are kept on /crisis and /safety.

If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. In the United States, call 911.

6. Access is for you alone

Membership is personal. One person. You may not share, sell, resell, transfer, lend, or give away your login or your access. The checkout line states the same rule: membership is for one person, and sharing or selling access ends your membership without refund.

7. Price, renewal, and refunds

Membership on this site is $24.99 a month or $199 a year. The all-three-sites membership (ENRICH Relationships, ENRICH Collective, ENRICH Parents) is $49.99 a month or $399 a year, as shown on this site. Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see your card. Membership renews automatically until you cancel.

You may cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund a partial billing period, except where the law requires it. If you ask within 7 days of your first payment, we may, at our discretion, give a one-time goodwill refund.

8. Privacy

What we collect and what we do not is on the privacy page for this site. That page controls. These terms do not restate it.

9. AI companions

Where this site includes an AI companion, you should understand that:

• You are writing to a language model, not to a human.
• The AI companion is not Sherry, not a therapist, and not any other person.
• Replies are produced by Anthropic. Their terms apply to that processing.
• The model can make mistakes, miss context, or write something imperfect. Do not treat a reply as professional advice.
• The companion is built to notice some crisis signals and point you to the lines above. That detection is imperfect. Do not rely on it to keep you safe.

10. Intellectual property

The content on this site, including The ENRICH Method™, the AI companions, their instructions, the assessments, the quizzes, the journals, the classroom, the monthly note, and the branding, belongs to Enrich Global LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the site for your own reflection. It is not a license to copy the work or to hand it to anyone else. You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, record, download, scrape, or republish the content.
• Use the content to train an AI model or to build a competing product.
• Remove copyright or trademark notices.
• Resell, sublicense, or share your access.

11. Misuse and termination

Membership is personal, for one person only. We may suspend or permanently terminate any membership immediately, without notice and without refund, if the member shares, sells, resells, transfers, lends or gives away their login or access; copies, scrapes, records, downloads or republishes companion content; tries to steal, reverse engineer, extract or misuse the AI companions, their instructions or the site; uses automated tools or scripts; or otherwise exploits their membership. We may also block related accounts and take legal action to protect our content.

This section does not limit any right you have under the consumer law that applies where you live.

12. Your own cancellation

You may cancel your own membership at any time from your account, with no reason required. Cancelling ends future billing. It does not refund a period already paid, and you keep access for the rest of that period.

To cancel online: log in, open Account, click Manage or cancel subscription, then Cancel subscription in Stripe and confirm. A short question about why is optional and can be skipped. You can also cancel at Stripe without logging in here, using the email you paid with, at Stripe's billing page. Step by step instructions are on the How to cancel page. If you cannot log in, email enrichgloballlc@gmail.com from the address you paid with and we will cancel for you.

If we stop offering the service, we will refund the unused portion of a period you have paid for. That refund does not apply when we end a membership under the misuse section above.

When access ends, the members' rooms close. Anything held only in your browser stays on your device. We do not hold it and cannot send it back to you.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, Enrich Global LLC and its founder, officers, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or your inability to use it, including distress or decisions you make from something you read here. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the most recent twelve months.

You use this site by your own choice and at your own risk.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page is 2026-10. Material changes will be sent by email to active subscribers and the date at the top will change. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
