Please read these Terms of Use carefully before subscribing to or using the Enrich Global Collective. By creating an account, completing a subscription, or accessing any part of this service, you agree to these terms.
1. What this service is
The Enrich Global Collective is a psychoeducational subscription service owned and operated by ENRICH Global. It offers reflective tools, frameworks, and AI-assisted companions grounded in The ENRICH Method™.
The Collective is intended for adults of the Global Majority and anyone who values culturally-informed approaches to wellness. It is not a therapy service, a mental health treatment, a clinical assessment tool, or a substitute for human care.
2. Not therapy, not clinical care
The companions, content, and reflections provided by the Collective are psychoeducational. They are not therapy. They do not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health condition. They do not constitute professional advice. By using this service, you understand that:
- No therapist-client relationship is created.
- No clinical assessment is being conducted.
- No medication is recommended, adjusted, or evaluated.
- The content is general, not individualized clinical care.
If you are in mental health crisis, experiencing acute distress, or seeking ongoing clinical care, please contact a licensed clinician, your nearest emergency service, or one of the crisis resources listed at /crisis.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to subscribe and use this service. You acknowledge during the entry process that you are not currently in a mental health crisis. If you become acutely distressed while using the service, please stop and seek appropriate human support.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Pricing is displayed on the membership page. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
You may cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access through the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
5. Your conduct
You agree to use the Collective only for personal, lawful, non-commercial reflection. You agree not to:
- Share your account or access link with others.
- Copy, scrape, redistribute, or republish content from the platform.
- Use the platform for clinical, research, or commercial purposes without written permission.
- Submit content intended to manipulate, exploit, or test the AI in ways that violate ENRICH Global's stated safety architecture.
6. Intellectual property
All content, frameworks, and trademarks on the platform are the property of ENRICH Global and Sherry Jerimie. The ENRICH Method™ is a registered trademark. All rights are reserved. No license is granted to copy, reproduce, or create derivative works.
7. AI-generated content
The Collective uses large language model technology to produce responses. AI-generated text may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unintended omissions. The content should not be relied upon as professional advice in any field. You acknowledge that AI responses are probabilistic and may vary.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ENRICH Global, Sherry Jerimie, and their officers, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Total liability for any direct damages is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the most recent twelve-month period.
9. Privacy
See our Privacy Policy for details on what information we collect and how it is handled. In short: chat content is stored locally on your device; email is used only for authentication; payment is processed by Stripe.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
