A short guide

How to use this

Enrich Global Relationships is not an app to get through. It is a set of spaces you return to. Here is how the parts fit together, and how to move through them at a pace that actually changes something.

Information creates awareness. Observation creates insight. Only repeated practice creates lasting change.

The three movements

Everything here follows one arc. You do not have to do them in order every time, but this is the natural flow.

1

Discover, in the Assessments

Start with an assessment when you want language for something you feel but cannot name. They are short and introspective, not tests and not diagnoses. Each one names a pattern you carry, shows you the blend that is uniquely yours, and points you toward where to go next.

If you are new and not sure where to begin, The Shape You Took is the widest doorway.

2

Learn, in the Classroom

The Classroom is where you understand the thing you discovered. Ten rooms, each a short course in something you have lived in love but rarely heard named. Read a lesson, sit with the question, meet the voices of others who have lived it, and learn the words for what you have been carrying.

Read one lesson at a time. There is no finishing line.

3

Practice, in the Space Between

The The Space Between holds the companions. This is where you bring what you have learned into a real conversation and practice it, in your own words, at your own hour. Understanding is the beginning. Practice, repeated gently over time, is what reshapes a pattern.

How to pace yourself

This space is built to be slow on purpose. The goal is not intensity in one sitting, it is return over time.

A little, often

Real change is built through repetition, not through a single deep session. Come for a few minutes, let it land, and come back. The rooms are not going anywhere.

Stop when it is enough

If something stirs more than you expected, you are allowed to close the page and come back another day. That is not quitting. That is pacing, and it is the wiser move.

If it gets heavy

This is emotional wellness and psychoeducation. It is not therapy, and it is not a crisis service.

The other rooms

Watch

Short videos from Sherry live in Watch, added over time. A few quiet minutes when you would rather be spoken to than read.

The Monthly Note

Once a month, Sherry leaves a letter for the community in the Monthly Note. A theme to hold, a reflection, an alignment for the season you are in.

Field Notes

Shorter, more frequent thoughts from Sherry live in Field Notes. Small things worth saying between the monthly letters.

About the voices here

What you read and watch comes to you in one of three voices, and each is labeled so you always know who is speaking.

Sherry

Written or spoken by Sherry Jerimie directly.

Sherry's digital likeness

Delivered by Sherry Jerimie's digital likeness. Every word is hers, and so is the clinical thinking behind it. The likeness carries the message, it does not author it.

The ENRICH Collective

A representative voice of Enrich Global Relationships, grounded in Sherry's method. Her framework, shared on her behalf.

You are not behind. You are exactly where the work begins.

Psychoeducation and emotional wellness, not therapy and not diagnosis.
