The end of a marriage is not one feeling. It is a passage you cross, and the weather changes without warning. The Crossing reads how you are as you write and meets you there, in grief, in rage, in the 3am loop, in the heavy days, without scoring your recovery, judging your former partner, or telling you whether you were right.
You do not need a diagnosis, a crisis, or the right words. You only need to be somewhere in the crossing.
Built to be used in small, steady visits rather than long sittings, because recovery is built in repetition and rest, not intensity.
You write what is present, and the companion reads how you are as you write and meets you there. It reads how you are, never what you are.
The seven registers of recovery, each in plain language: what it is, why it happens in divorce, how it shows up, what helps, and what does not.
A quiet place that asks nothing of you. For the moments that are too much for words.
A register is the key a voice is in. You move through them without becoming any of them. A state visits. It is not who you are. Naming the one you are in keeps it from quietly making your choices.
Grief that ambushes a good day. The end of a long partnership is a death without a body.
The map of your life tore, and you are not sure who you are or where you belong now.
When the ending stops being about a marriage and becomes a verdict on the whole person you are.
Anger at what was taken, broken, or wasted, standing guard over something softer underneath.
The loop that rebuilds the timeline and never finds the answer. It feels like working on the problem.
The days that have to be carried rather than lived. Not sadness, which moves, but a weight that sits.
The quiet moments a self that is not defined by the marriage begins to return, in moments that lengthen.
A private, prompted journal with a chapter for each register. Every page is prompted, so you never face a blank one. Everything you write stays on your own device.
A warm walkthrough of the space, what each door is for, and how to get the most from it, at your own pace.
The Crossing is grounded in The ENRICH Method and almost three decades of clinical practice. It was built and is overseen by Sherry Jerimie, a Certified Psychoanalyst and Licensed Psychotherapist. Once a month, every member receives a reflection from Sherry herself, a living human presence inside the space, slow and seasonal, never automated. It is the reason crossing this alone does not have to feel alone.
This is psychoeducation and emotional wellness. It is not therapy, and it does not replace a clinician. What your membership gives you is a space shaped by a professional, and her voice once a month, for one of the most disorienting passages a person can walk.
The Crossing will tell you, warmly, when you deserve more than a tool. It is not therapy, not legal or financial advice, not co-parenting strategy, and not crisis care.
If you are ever in danger, or thinking of not being here, it says so plainly and points you to people whose work is to help, with crisis resources one tap away on every screen. Naming that limit honestly is the most respectful thing a tool can do.
