For the relationship that is neither thriving nor ending.
This is a quiet space for the in-between: the slow drift, the cold bed, the loneliness of being beside someone and still unseen, the question you keep not asking, the we are fine you keep performing. It will not tell you to stay and it will not tell you to leave. The not-knowing you carry is not a sign you are doing it wrong.
Who would you reach for if a hard day got too heavy? A name and how to reach them. This stays on your device.

Some relationships are not thriving and are not ending. They drift. They go quiet. They live in an in-between that has no name and no map, where you cannot say to a friend what it is, because you cannot quite say it to yourself. This space rests on a simple idea: the in-between is a real place, with its own grief, and it deserves to be witnessed at its full size.
What you feel here is real and it is held fully. And the not-knowing is allowed to stay not-known for as long as it needs to. This space will never tell you to stay, and it will never tell you to leave. It holds both, so that whatever you come to feel is yours.
This space limits you to a couple of sessions a day, with a gap between them. That is not arbitrary. Lasting change comes from repetition over time, not intensity in a moment. Binging feels productive. Pacing is what actually changes things. You can step away and come back tomorrow, and nothing you found here disappears.
Write the way you talk. You do not have to name the feeling first. This space reads how you are doing and meets you there.
Seven registers the in-between moves through. They are weather, not character. You can pass through several in one evening.
This room only does one thing: it helps you settle. Nothing here asks anything of you.
Four counts in, hold, four counts out. Let the orb lead.
Place one hand flat on your chest. Feel the warmth of your own hand. Breathe under it, three slow rounds. You have been holding a lot of not-knowing, and even the one who holds it needs a hand sometimes. It can be your own.
The map of this space: the ideas it rests on, and the seven registers it reads.
